We have been working on cleaning up our yard...slowly but surely. We have so many leaves!! I actually don't mind raking, it is a good way to get outside and get some exercise too. :) We worked on the front yard a couple weeks ago, and I have been working on the back yard lately. Today I emptied our flower pots and cleaned up the deck. We might be getting some snow this week!The other day I was raking leaves in the backyard while Cruz was sleeping. After he woke up I brought him outside with me because I thought he would like playing in the leaves while I bagged up the leaves. Well, I was wrong. Everytime I picked up the rake or the bag for the leaves, he started screaming! He was fine if I was doing something else, it was just if I touched either the rake or the bag. He didn't like it one bit. I'm not sure why he was so scared of them!

Wow, that's a ton of leaves! I remember when we had leaves like that in Lincoln. I miss the big trees and the beauty of it, but not the fall clean-up! (though the kids loved playing in it!) -cristy
