The McCarty's: playing catch up.

I haven't been blogging much at all lately, and that makes me sad! Our days are just flying by. I always have grand plans for my evenings, but by the time I put the kids down and clean up the house and do a few chores, I'm ready to be done for the day. I wish I had more motivation in the evenings...caffeine does the trick when I allow myself some. :)

Anyway, since I'm so behind I thought I'd post some pics of August and September...these are just random photos that I took during days at home. The kids are growing so fast and doing so many cute things that I can't just leave these out and skip straight over them. I'm warning you now...there are a TON.

We had a little impromptu photo shoot one afternoon while big brother was napping. The light was so pretty through the windows and Eva was all smiles! (The quilt in the photos is from our friend Barb - it is gorgeous!)

Love it when he plays with his cars outside. So cute to see. (He got a whole tub of old cars and trailors from our neighbor...they are some of his favorite toys. It was super sweet of our neighbor to give them to Cruz...they were his son's old cars).
