preschool.

This boy had his first day of preschool on September 4th.  I never posted these pics of his first day:

Tyler and I debated about whether or not to send him this year, since he's only 3.  But I am SO glad that we did.  Cruz LOVES preschool.  He is always asking what days he gets to go and gets so excited when I tell him that tomorrow is a preschool day. :)  (that and Relevant days...he loves going to Relevant!).  He is such a social little guy and loves learning new things.  One of my favorite things so far about this year are all of the cute little songs he is learning.  When you see him next time, ask him to sing you the "drop and roll" song.  Or the "FROG" song.  Seriously...my heart just melts and I must look like a fool because I'm smiling from ear to ear.  I sure do love my little guy and his adorable personality.

Cute story from his first day:  I was trying to convince Cruz to put his name tag on.  He did not want to put it on.  He kept asking me why he needed to put it on.  I said it was so that his teachers would know what his name was.  He looked at his teachers and said "But I know what my name is, it is C-R-U-Z".  His teachers were both very surprised and said yes it was...with some big smiles.  I couldn't help but laugh because of the way he said it...
