mccook

We went to McCook a couple weeks ago to introduce Eva to the family.  It was good to get away for a little while.  Tyler works so hard, so I was glad to spend some extra time with him as well!  On our way out of Omaha Tyler asked me who I thought would be more difficult on the drive...

...we both said Cruz.  ha.  Is a 3 year old or a newborn more difficult on a 4 1/2 hour drive?  Well, they both actually did pretty good.  Cruz was SO excited to go see Mama and Papa Jackson.  He'd been asking for weeks to go visit.  Tyler's parents own a greenhouse so they are very busy this time of year...so they love it when we come see them since they can't come to Omaha.  I love seeing all the gorgeous flowers.  They sure do an awesome job.  (by the way...most of these pics are taken with my phone as that's what was on me most of the time!)

On Friday night Jenni threw a Meet-n-Greet Party for Eva.  It was so thoughtful of her to put this on for us.  She did an awesome job with everything.  The food was fabulous and the decorations were awesome.  It was so much fun introducing Eva to everybody.  Most of Tyler's family lives in McCook, so this was a great way to see everybody.  Thank you, Jenni!  We really appreciated it!

Cruz had great fun playing in the greenhouse with his trucks.

Eva's spot on the check-out counter.

We have to go see the chickens several times everyday...

Kinsey is such a little doll.

Trying out my new moby wrap!  She fell asleep right away.

Big yawn!

I have the cutest little nieces.

On a walk...holding my beautiful boquet of flowers from my precious niece, Kinsey.

Boy did I feel like a country girl!  On our way out to plow some trenches in the garden...do you see Eva?

Lily is such a good big cousin!

Loved seeing all these pictures! Such a fun place - the greenhouse, Cruz driving the little blue car, chickens to see, and of course, all the McCarty family to spend time with!
