Here are some photos from last week! 

1. Sometimes Eva looks like this on preschool days.  :)  She gets thrown in the jeep in her pj's, with her breakfast, with wild hair.

2. Swimming lessons!  Cruz is LOVING them.  He has come so far since starting late summer.  I've been so so so happy with the Barb Graeve school.  (He didn't even go underwater when he started, and now he is picking things up at the bottom of the pool)

3. Pumpkin Granola!  I was so excited about this recipe, but am sad to say it was a little disappointing.  It sure made the house smell good though!

4. Our house turned into a sausage factory this past weekend. :)  Cruz and Daddy grinding the deer meat!

5. Eva.  What more can I say.  She is so funny, this one.

6. I'm reading "Becoming Myself" by Staci Eldridge and am loving it!  This particular page spoke to my heart as I have been thinking about this for awhile...sometimes it is easy to think we need to just be happy with where we are at, but I always want to be yearning for more.

7. Mixing the meat with Nick!  He was so curious about each stage of the process and wanted to be a big helper the whole weekend.

8.  My man....I love his drive and determination.  He worked so hard this weekend.  This is the first time he has processed his own deer.  He made polish sausage, summer sausage, kielbasa, and jerky!!
