the past week

The past week in phone pics...

We went to the zoo last Friday!  It had been a long time, and we had so much fun.  We even ran into some friends and walked around with them for a little while.

This is what happens when we don't have a double-stroller!

I ran my first 5K on Saturday with my sis!  This was something that I'd been wanting to do for awhile now,  I did it! :)  Now I want to do another one!

Monday was an absolutely gorgeous day.  The kids and I went to the park for a picnic lunch with some friends, and then we went again in the evening with Daddy.  It was so nice out!  Eva had fun "kicking" the ball around with us.

What I woke up to today.  Snow on May 2nd!  Crazy Nebraska weather.

Cruz had a little program at preschool today.  It was called the "Spring Sing".  It was sooo cute.  This was the first time he performed in front of a group of people like this.  I think he was the loudest one. :)  My heart was overflowing...it was so much fun to see him up there singing and doing his little actions.  So cute.  My Mom went with me, and Cruz was so excited she was there...a few times he would say "mama" really loud, right during the songs.  haha!  It was pretty cute. 

Cruz made this for me at preschool...haha.  It made me laugh.  He always wants me to put him to bed.
