18 months.

my little boy is 18 months old. wow. i can hardly believe it. he is turning into such a little boy. and i love it. these days are filled with giggles, loves, trucks, books, dirt, sweat, and maybe a temper tantrum or two, if i'm being honest. :) we are having a blast. i can't imagine life without my little boy. tyler and i love him to pieces.

at 18 months...

--cruz can say: car, hi, bye, no, yeah, mama, papa, mommy, daddy, kinsey, ssshhh (shoes and juice), towel, dog, puppy, bob (jackson - papa and grandma's dog), chickie, beee (bird), guitar, nana (banana), amy (he did say it!), ellie, duck, mine (how did he learn this word so fast!!??), ball, hot (even for things that are cold!), doll, eye...i am sure i am forgetting some.

--some favorites of his: pb and j, apple juice, bananas, wrestling with daddy, swimming, eating dirt, playing in the dirt, walking up and down the sidewalk, going to the park, playing on the stairs, dancing with his lion, spinning in circles until he gets dizzy, opening and closing doors, climbing on anything and everything, making silly faces...

--some favorites of mine: seeing him run with his hands behind his back, his love pats, his little arms wrapped around my neck, his goodnight kisses, the funny faces we make at each other in the rear view mirror, going on walks, how he points at things and grins, how he says hi to everyone, seeing him get so excited when daddy comes home, seeing him discover new things everyday, hearing him giggle, cuddling, his curls, reading books, and the list goes on.

time needs to slow down.
