**when cruz was playing in his room by himself the other day. he was looking at his books, playing with his stuffed animals, pulling his clothes out of the dresser drawers, and peeking through the glass panes at us. it was adorable. i kept checking to see if he wanted let out, but he kept shutting the door on me. at least it's a glass door so we can see what he's up to. :)

**when i was nursing cruz before bed. i started nibbling his hand, and he giggled so hard he started choking on his milk. then i just started laughing back at him and he kept giggling at me...i'd laugh, then he'd laugh, then i'd laugh again, and he'd laugh even harder. so sweet. i never want to forget that moment.

**just this weekend we were hanging out upstairs, and he was looking at his books in his room. i was in the hallway and all of a sudden he just waved his arm really hard, like he was motioning me to come in. then he did it again. i walked in the room and sat down...and he came up to me with a book. i think he wanted to read a story...so i quickly obliged.
