laundry

i am so happy. i have a dryer! ours broke down on march 20th and we have been looking on craigslist since then, but didn't find anything until yesterday! i will never take a dryer for granted again. it was a challenge without one...especially when cruz goes through three outfits a day, like he did today. :) but we managed to get through it. i did laundry at mom and dad's one day, dried some things at jared and katie's house once, and took some with us on our trip to mccook this weekend.

tyler picked up a washer/dryer set last night on his way home from work...he found it on craigslist. he even put them in last night at 10pm. i felt so bad for him. he worked all day and into the night and then had to haul out our old washer/dryer and put in the new ones himself! he knew i wanted to do some laundry this afternoon. thanks, babe!!

the dryer is running right now and it sounds just wonderful. sigh.

wednesday afternoons are quickly becoming a highlight of my week. it is so nice to just work in the morning. cruz and i did laundry this afternoon and made a trip to sam's club. i could seriously spend so much money at that place. things just add up so quickly there! i love the feeling of having food stocked up, but can't afford to do much of it! cruz was such a sweetie...he was smiling and giggling the whole time. i was relieved - i never know how he's going to do on our shopping trips.
