lately

Tyler has started redoing the nursery!  Yeah!  I've been so excited to see the progress.  Last Wednesday I got home from work and Tyler had bought the paint and was ready to get started.  I was all for it.  We painted the room that night and then Tyler put in the bamboo wood floor over the weekend.  Monday night we went out and bought all the trim and doors.  Right now Tyler's out in the garage painting all of the stuff.  He's been on a roll!  I'm so thankful that he knows how to do all of this stuff and that he's so good at it!  I have a wonderful husband. :)

My last Dr's appointment was last week, but I went again today because my poison ivy has gotten really bad.  Tyler had gotten it a couple of weeks ago while hunting and somehow it got passed on to me as well.  I think I probably got it from touching his clothes.  He had it pretty bad for awhile, I felt really bad for him.  He doesn't usually get it that bad.  I think his is starting to get better, but mine has just been getting worse.  There's a big spot on my stomach and then it's spread to quite a few other places.  I called my Dr this morning and she had me come in this afternoon.  Luckily she gave me a prescription for it.  I'm so thankful!  It's been pretty annoying.

The baby seems to be doing great!  The movements are getting stronger and stronger.  Sometimes it seems as though I'm feeling a hand or something brush across my stomach...it's not just kicks I feel anymore.  We've figured out that the baby likes football and music.   :)

Carrie, how exciting! I can't wait to see the nursery room ... Tyler is doing a great job, I am sure. How fun for you to be preparing for your sweet baby. And ... that is too bad about you and Tyler having poison ivy ... hope it clears up fast for you.
Love you ...
