i can't seem to stop organizing things. everywhere i look, i want to organize something. ha. maybe it's the nesting phase?
tyler and i cleaned out the shed this weekend. that felt soooo good! it was full of cobwebs and junk. we got rid of a ton of stuff. we've been trying to condense our belongings a bit since we are adding a member to the family. we combined the office and guest bedroom a couple weeks ago in the bigger of our two bedrooms. the small bedroom is now clear and ready to be worked on! i was actually surprised at how well it worked out to combine the things from both rooms into one room. i felt very satisfied when that project was finished.
tyler is planning on putting in a wood floor and redoing the trim in the baby's room. the carpet is pretty old, so i'm excited about the wood floor. we're still trying to decide if he is going to make the furniture or not. i think that he is going to, we're just trying to find good prices on some maple. he really wants to make the crib and the dresser.
well, i think we're going to watch another episode of "curb your enthusiasm". i think our baby knows the voice of larry david by now. we watch that show way too much. we are on the fifth season and we just started watching it in august. sheesh.

Yes, I think you are nesting. : ) There's nothing like a pregnancy to make one get things done. A friend once said they need to put the nesting instinct into a pill. Ha!
That would be so cool if Tyler made the furniture!
Love, Cristy
Carrie, we must be related or something ... enjoying the organizing! And definitely the nesting instinct plays a part now, too. It was fun to stop by and see how you combined the two rooms, and also see how you organized things. Exciting days getting ready for baby ...
Love you ...
