Well, we have another adorable niece to love! Jenni had a baby girl on Friday, February 8th at 7:38 pm! Her name is Lily Grace Maynard. Poor Jenni waited all day on Friday for things to start happening, and they were beginning to think that they were going to have to do a c-section...but then things started happening rather quickly that evening! She only had to push for about 15 minutes. The doctor said she handled it all extremely well and was very impressed.
Lily Grace is 8 pounds 9 oz and is 1 foot 9 inches (Uncle Tyler's wordage there). She has lots of dark hair and looks like her daddy. She is doing great and is just adorable. We are proud to have another niece to love. We are Lily's only Aunt and Uncle on the McCarty side, and Tyler is her only Uncle as Evan doesn't have any brothers or brother-in-laws yet. We look forward to spoiling her and loving her.
Thank you all for your prayers for Jenni and Evan! We are so thankful that everything went well for them. Jenni is a trooper!
